Shipping Policy سياسة الشحن

1. Where we ship from

All orders are packed and shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with Emirates Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your parcel is on its way.

2. Delivery charges and times

United Arab Emirates (all emirates): AED 30 per order · usually 2–5 business days after dispatch
Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman: AED 85 for one set · free for two or more sets · usually 7–10 business days after dispatch
Rest of the world: USD 40 for one set · free for two or more sets · usually 7–14 business days after dispatch

The exact charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from Emirates Post and partner postal services and are not guaranteed; customs checks and public holidays can add time.

3. Where we do not ship

We do not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria, or to any destination where Emirates Post service is suspended or where delivery would breach applicable sanctions.

4. Customs, duties and taxes

International parcels may be charged import duties, taxes and customs handling fees by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are payable by the recipient, usually on delivery. If a parcel is refused or not collected, it is returned to us; we refund the price of the goods minus the original and return delivery costs.

5. Address and delivery

Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully. If you notice a mistake, email info@shomanhaus.ae immediately; we can change the address only before dispatch. Parcels returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-sent at the customer’s cost.

6. Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no progress for an unusually long time, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will open a claim with Emirates Post and, where the parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, send a replacement or refund you in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
